Company Registration
Receive your invitation to Corefinity Control Panel and set up your Company.
Step 1 – Invitation & Website Information
- Invitation:
- The user who will be the Owner of the Company account will receive an email with a secure link to complete registration.
- Click Complete Registration to be directed to your Company registration in Control Panel.
The registration invitation will expire after 7 days.
- Enter website details:
- Website Name: This will be shown in Control Panel.
- Website URL: The URL used for your production environment.
- Platform: Select your site platform, eg. Magento 2 or WooCommerce

Step 2 – Company Information
These details are not editable once submitted.
- Confirm Company details:
- Company Name: Your registered company name.
- Company Registration Number: The government-issued registration number (CRN).
- VAT Registration Number: Required if your company is registered for VAT.
- Company Address: The address of your headquarters or primary office.
- Phone Number: Please enter the country code in the dropdown provided and enter the phone number without the first 0.

Step 3 – Account Information
- Create Owner user account:
- Full Name: This will be visible to members of Corefinity and your Company.
- Email: Pre-filled at this stage, editable via your profile once registration is complete.
- Password: Create a strong password.
- Confirm Password: Re-enter your password.
- Mobile Number: Used for secure two-factor login. Make sure to choose the correct country code.
- Position: Your position at the Company, which may differ from your Role in Control Panel.

Step 4 – Team Information
- Invite Your Team Members:
- For each team member, enter:
- Full Name
- Role
- Owner
- Accounts & Billing
- Member (Full Access)
- Member (Limited Access)
- You may create Custom Roles once registration is complete. If you would like to create Custom Roles before inviting users, skip this step and view the section on inviting members below.
- Click the ➕ icon to add the user to your registration list.
- You may continue adding additional members as needed. These members will receive separate registration emails to set up their accounts.
- Once finished, click Next to proceed.

You can always invite new users from your account in the control panel if you have the Invite User permission.
Complete Registration
Once all the steps are complete:
- A confirmation message will display to let you know registration is successful.
- Click Login to access Control Panel.

Congratulations! Your Company is now set up and can be managed from Control Panel.
Invite Company Users
Pre-requisites
To invite a user to your company in Control Panel, you must be in one of the following Company Roles, or a custom role with the Invite user permission:
- Owner
- Accounts / Project Manager
- Accounts & Billing
Create Custom Roles
- Optionally create Custom Roles for more prescriptive user permissions.
Send Invitation
- In Control Panel, go to Team > Users
- Select Invite User
- Enter the new user’s name, email address, and role
- For a breakdown of permissions attached to each role, go to Team > Roles and view the Permissions tab in each record
- The user will receive an email prompting them to complete registration
