Manage Company Users
Invite team members, edit their details, and remove them from your company.
Summary
You can invite team members using predefined roles, or create custom roles to control each user's permissions.
Inviting Users
You must have the Invite Users permission in order to invite users.
- Log In to Corefinity Dashboard:
- Access your account at manage.corefinity.com.
- Navigate to Users:
- Click the Users tab in the menu.
- Invite New Users:
- Click the Invite User button on the right side.
- Enter the user’s email address and name.
- Select a predefined or Custom Role you created.
- Click the Send Invite button.
- The invited user will receive an email with a link and instructions to join your company.

Resend Invites
You must have the Invite Users permission in order to resend invites.
- Log In to Corefinity Dashboard:
- Access your account at manage.corefinity.com.
- Navigate to Users:
- Click the Users tab in the menu.
- Resend Invite:
- Click the Resend Invite button for the desired user and Confirm.

The status of a user will automatically change to Invite Expired if they haven't accepted the invite within 7 days. You can resend invites at any time—whether the status is Invite Sent or Invite Expired.
Editing Users
You must have the Edit Users permission in order to edit users.
- Log In to Corefinity Dashboard:
- Access your account at manage.corefinity.com.
- Navigate to Users:
- Click the Users tab in the menu.
- Edit the Users:
- Click the Edit icon for the user you want to edit.

- You can update the user's name, email, role, position, and notification settings.
- Every company must have at least one user with the Owner role, so you will not be able to update a user’s role if they are the only Owner.

Deleting Users
You must have the Delete Users permission in order to delete users.
- Log In to Corefinity Dashboard:
- Access your account at manage.corefinity.com.
- Navigate to Users:
- Click the Users tab in the menu.
- Delete the Users:
- Click the Delete icon and confirm.
- The deleted user will immediately lose access to your company.
- You will not be able to delete a user in the Owner role if they are the only Owner in the Company.
